These terms govern use of kineticdefender.com and the materials published on it. Use of the Kinetic Defender service and console is governed by the subscription agreement entered into when you activate a plan.
The site
- Content on this site is provided for evaluation of Kinetic Defender's services and does not constitute legal advice.
- You may not probe, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or service. Security research is welcome through security@kineticdefender.com.
- All content, marks, and materials are the property of Kinetic Defender. Findings and dossiers delivered to you are provided under a use-limited license for your own protection, counsel, or platform escalation, not for publication.
Acceptable use
Defender is for protecting identities you own or are authorized to act for. You represent that you have the right to submit the identifiers and personal data you provide for monitoring or removal. You may not use the service to surveil, harass, or target third parties.
Plans and access
Starting a free scan or submitting a form does not create an engagement or any obligation on either side. Paid access is governed by the subscription agreement and the plan you activate. Removal and takedown outcomes depend on third parties and are not guaranteed.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is." Except as set out in an executed subscription agreement, we make no warranties and accept no liability arising from use of this site, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version. Material changes to subscription agreements are handled under those agreements, not this page.
